Former Périgord farmhouse with gîtes in the heart of Périgord Noir
Once upon a time... There was a pretty Périgord farmhouse deep in the woods... Long ago, it was inhabited by a fairy called Philomène. Today the fairy is gone, but the magic remains... A haven of peace for horses and other pets. Very comfortable main house of 150 m2 with a large living room of 71 m2 (very recent wood heating), an en suite bedroom with shower room and dressing room on the ground floor. First floor: bedroom, study, shower room/toilet. In the second part, you will find on the ground floor a two-bedroom flat (occupied by one of the owners) with a private terrace (geothermal heating) that could either be an extension of the main house or rented out as an additional gîte. On the first floor with independent access, a 67 m2 gîte with three bedrooms and private terrace (recent electric heating). There is a drying room to restore if necessary and a bread oven. All in very good condition. In the middle of nowhere, but not so far from everything (for example Belves, the most beautiful village in France, 5 minutes away or an 18-hole golf course 10 minutes away).
